Sherita Jackson is the founder of She Trains LLC, with over 20 years of experience in learning and organizational development. She designs leadership programs, team development initiatives, and inclusive learning strategies that drive measurable impact across industries, including healthcare, finance, IT, legal services, education, and automotive.
She holds a Master of Education in Training and Organizational Development and serves on the board of the Greater Detroit chapter of the Association for Talent Development.
